We appreciate your support and hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not satisfied with your order we will refund you your purchase with 60 days.
RETURNS
All refund requests must be made within 60 days of the order date.
RETURN PROCESS
If your item qualifies for a refund, please contact our customer service team at mytheoralabs@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. If the item is damaged, please attach clear photos showing the issue.
Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for the return process (if applicable) or issue a refund accordingly.
REFUNDS
After reviewing your case, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 3 business days for processing. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
